RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We understand how important it is to love what you buy! If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be more than happy to take it back. Please note, all items may be returned or exchanged. We just ask that you meet the following requirements:
-The jewelry must be unworn.Ā
-The original tag needs to be attached.
Contact us within 30 days of receipt of package, so we can email you the RMA #, which is required for the return/exchange. (We cannot accept returns/exchanges without RMA numbers.)

-All shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the order was damaged, then you will be refunded for the shipping cost)
-Return shipping must be paid by the customer for undamaged jewelry
-Love Stylize inspects all merchandise for defects, damage, and discoloration prior to shipment so it is the customerās responsibility to contact us immediately about any imperfections.
ORDER CANCELLATION
If you would like to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible. This does not guarantee a cancellation, but if the order has not shipped and we get to your email in time, we will gladly cancel and refund your payment. However, there are no guarantees once an order is placed.
REFUSED ORDERS/RETURNED ORDERS
For orders that are refused after the order has shipped, there is a $10 restocking fee.Ā
For orders that are returned, due to the purchaser writing an incorrect address, there is a $10 restocking fee.
